idari — autopilot, not copilot

Hire the agent.Not the software.

idari deploys AI agents that do the work of entire corporate functions — from Chief of Staff to Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. You buy the outcome, not the seat.

01 · The shift

Most AI companies sell a tool that makes employees faster — a copilot, priced per seat, capturing the software budget. idari sells the work itself — an autopilot, priced per outcome, capturing the services and labor budget: the largest line items on any P&L.

02 · How an agent works

The work shows up done. Here's what that looks like.

A-02 · FINANCE

The books close themselves.

The Finance agent pulls every journal entry from NetSuite, reconciles sub-ledgers against source documents, drafts variance memos, and routes them to your controller — before your team's coffee is cold.

A-03 · LEGAL

Contracts reviewed against your playbook.

Every inbound MSA and NDA is parsed, checked clause-by-clause against policy, redlined, and routed to your GC with a memo. Nothing ships unreviewed.

A-07 · IT

The ticket queue clears itself.

Provisioning, password resets, license reconciliation — resolved autonomously. Mean time-to-close: 4 minutes 12 seconds. Hardware and security exceptions route to your humans.

A-01 · CHIEF OF STAFF

The exec brief writes itself.

Calendar prep, board pre-reads, cross-team follow-ups — drafted from 47 live sources, figures cross-checked against the ledger before your CEO ever sees them.

VALIDATION · EVERY OUTPUT

A second agent reviews the first.

Every output is verified against source data by an independent model. Anything high-stakes — by dollar value, legal exposure, or customer impact — routes to a human approver. Full audit trail, always.

03 · The numbers

0:1
Services vs software
For every $1 spent on software, $6 goes to services. idari captures the six.

Agents in production
Nine today — across finance, legal, IT, ops, HR, and the executive office. More on the way.

Our goal: second-agent review on everything, human sign-off on the high-stakes.

04 · Live simulation

Don't take our word for it.Watch an agent work.

Pick a scenario. These are illustrative transcripts of common scenarios — the agent connects to a sandbox of your stack, reasons through the task, executes, and validates its own output.

06 · Copilot vs autopilot

The status quo — copilot

You buy the tool.Your team still does the work.

  • Priced per seat — pay for everyone, used by some
  • Adoption is your problem; training is your cost
  • Productivity gains are diffuse and unmeasured
  • Captures only the software budget
  • Outputs owned by whoever pressed the button

idari — autopilot

We deliver the work. You approve the outcome.

  • Priced per outcome — paid only for what gets done
  • No adoption curve — the agent does the work directly
  • Function capacity expands without hiring
  • Captures the services & labor budget — 6× larger
  • Outputs owned by idari — SLA, audit trail, human approver

How we calculated this · sources

Finance: APQC Open Standards Benchmarking — top performers 0.56% of revenue, median 1.0%, bottom 1.8%. Default: 1.0%.

HR: SHRM 2024 — average HR spend 0.74% of revenue, ~$2,500/employee; Gartner 2024 — $2,908/employee. Default blends per-employee and revenue scaling.

IT: Gartner 2025 — IT spend averages 3.06% of revenue; varies by industry (banking 7%+, manufacturing under 2%).

Legal: ACC Chief Legal Officer Survey — in-house plus outsourced legal averages 0.4–0.7% of revenue for mid-market.

Procurement: Hackett Group — procurement function 0.5–1.2% of revenue depending on direct/indirect mix.

Loaded headcount: 1.3× base salary (benefits, taxes, overhead), per BLS-derived CFO benchmarks.

idari pricing: these figures are for deploying agents across a company — per-agent base scaling with transaction volume and company size, modeled here at 30% of current function spend with a $60K annual floor. Indicative; enterprise is custom-scoped. The single-person Chief of Staff is a separate, self-serve plan at $49/month.

Geography multipliers: US 1.0× · UK 0.95× · EU 0.92× · MENA 0.85× · APAC 0.65×. Defaults are conservative; bottom-quartile firms will see materially more.

08 · Deployment

Three weeks.Not three quarters.

Week 01

Scope the role

One workshop with your team. We map the function — inputs, outputs, escalation rules, what "done" means. No vendor questionnaires, no 60-page RFPs.

Week 02

Deploy into your stack

The agent connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Asana, Jira and Notion — with more added regularly. Read access first; write access on approval.

Week 03

Work shows up done

Outputs land in your inbox, your CRM, your ledger — validated by a second agent and routed for human approval on anything high-stakes. Full audit log per output.

09 · Trust & validation

Every agent has a second agentreviewing it.

Data residency

Gulf · UAE North

Customer data is stored in the UAE today. US & EU regions are on our roadmap.

Model-agnostic by design

Azure OpenAI today

Self-hosted and bring-your-own-model for sensitive workloads are on our roadmap.

Human-in-the-loop

Configurable thresholds

Set per-agent rules — by dollar value, legal exposure, customer impact — for what requires human sign-off.

Audit trail

Every action logged

Reasoning, sources, decisions — journaled and exportable. Every write is reversible.

Access control

Least-privilege by default

Agents see only what they need to do the job. Role-based, scoped, revocable.

SLA · our goal

99.5% accuracy

We're building toward credited SLAs for enterprise engagements.

10 · FAQ

Honest answersto the hard questions.

How is this different from ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude for Work?+
Those are tools your employees use. idari is the employee. ChatGPT can help your CFO write an email; idari's Finance agent closes the books. You don't license idari per seat — you hire an agent to own a function and deliver outcomes.
What happens when the agent is wrong?+
Every output is validated by a second model and, above configurable thresholds (dollar value, legal exposure, customer impact), reviewed by a human approver before it ships. If we miss our SLA, we credit the engagement. All agent actions are journaled and reversible.
Who is accountable for the work?+
idari. Every action is journaled in an audit log and is reversible, and high-stakes outputs route to a human approver. Our goal for enterprise engagements is to stand behind the work with performance SLAs and indemnification within scope — the autopilot model, where we own the outcome, not just the tool that produces it.
What systems do you integrate with?+
Today: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Asana, Jira, and Notion — with more added regularly. Custom connectors are built for enterprise deployments.
How is our data handled?+
Customer data is stored in the Gulf (UAE North) today, with US and EU regions on our roadmap. Each customer's data is isolated with database row-level security. Self-hosted / VPC deployment is a roadmap goal. We do not train foundation models on your data, period.
Can we start with just one agent?+
Yes — and we recommend it. Most customers start with the Finance agent (highest immediate ROI, clearest scope) or the Operations agent (highest visibility into how the company actually runs). Expand from there based on results.
How fast can an agent be deployed?+
Median time-to-deploy is 21 days from scoping call to live agent. Complex enterprise deployments with custom connectors typically take 45–60 days. We don't believe in 9-month implementation cycles.
Does this replace people?+
It replaces the intelligence work — the rule-based, repeatable execution that takes up 60–80% of most knowledge workers' time. The judgment work — the parts that need taste, relationships, and accountability — stays with your team, who now has the bandwidth to do it well.
